Control wiring requires CY Control Cable. CY Cable offers interference-free transmission. CY Multicore Flex has a tinned copper wire braid and a PETP (Polyethylene Terephthalate) separator. These work together which protects the Control Cable from external electromagnetic influences and some mechanical stresses.

If a product has failed within its warranty period, it will need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing, once the we have received credit from the manufacturer, we will then credit your account in full.
