have had this for 2 years, the firm I bought it from went bust, Daikin wanted nothing to do with it and put me in touch with local engineers, £65 later still the same, I am worried now because I have a 3 head system and the one we use mainly is the lounge, when it was supplied they said it was best thing since sliced bread, but be warned, if you use it for cooling, the water pump is absolute crap. I can see why the installers went bust if they had to keep coming back. 5yr warranty does not exist if it is put in by a engineering firm as Daikin does not support their products when sold to an installation firm.. Be Warned.

Sorry to hear of the problems you have encountered with your unit. Unfortunately the unit is only as good as the installation! If you could let us know where the system was purchased with the serial number and model we will try to help you get you a Daikin Certified Installer to get your AC up and running. You also have 3 years warranty for any parts required.

Products returned to us in a sellable condition will be credited subject to prior agreement and will incur a 25% restock charge.

Gas Spares and electrical items cannot be returned for credit.

If a product has failed within its warranty period, it will need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing, once the we have received credit from the manufacturer, we will then credit your account in full.
