Returns Policy

Products returned to us in a sellable condition will be credited subject to prior agreement and will incur a 25% restock charge. Gas Spares and electrical items cannot be returned for credit.

However, in the event that a product has failed within the warranty period, we will send a replacement which is chargeable at the time of dispatch. Once we have received the faulty item it will be sent to the manufacturer for testing. When we have received a credit from the manufacturer we will then credit your account in full. If there is no fault found with the item, no credit will be issued.

It is the customers responsibility to return any such items to us, any consequential costs/losses incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Daikin Returns Policy

 

Unwanted Goods

Daikin may accept unwanted goods provided they are boxed in the original packaging, in perfect condition and have not been used.

All returned items will be fully inspected by our technical engineers. If goods are returned and are not of satisfactory standard then Daikin reserve the right to decline the return. If the return is not fit for standard re-sale, then the customer will be subject to an increased restocking charge.

All returns will be subject to a restocking /administration charge of 30%, which will be applied to the final credit.

 

Returned Goods

All returns will be subject to a collection charge.

Returns exceeding the weight of 15kg will be classed as a pallet collections and charged at £100.

Consignments under the weight of 15kg will be collected by a parcel courier service and will be charged at £20.

If collection is attempted but is not possible and an additional collection date is given, then another collection debit will be place on the account.

 

Overseas Warranty

Daikin Units purchased from Climate Controls and Spares UK Ltd UK and installed overseas will still hold the standard 3 year warranty. However any parts that are required under warranty can only be sent to mainland UK only.

In certain circumstances parts may be required back for testing which will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange the return back to Daikin or Climate Controls and Spares.

 

Damaged on Arrival

If you notice that goods are damaged upon receipt, please refuse delivery.

If you find that goods are damaged after they have been unpacked, please contact the Returns team immediately.

Any alleged damage or discrepancy must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.

Items within 10 days of invoice date only.
