If the customer is not going to be at home for a delivery, an 'in-flight' option is now available through the text and email notifications, by which the delivery can be diverted to a local DPD Pickup point.The best parcel shop network in the UK!
Customers can also manage any returns via their local DPD Pickup point. DPD continues to innovate, and with many online shoppers used to click-and-collect as a delivery option, DPD Pickup gives retailers another great option for their customersWe have one simple standard shipping charge of £6.50 + Vat. In extreme circumstances a surcharge may apply to certain postal areas or for large or heavy items.
You also have the option selecting "Click & Collect" if you are able to call into our Branch to collect your goods.

Delivery to an address other than the card holder address is at our discretion. We deliver to UK Mainland only, We Do not Deliver to Shipping Agents, customers wishing to ship goods abroad should be aware of the following points: Manufacturer warranties are only valid in the UK. Climate Controls and Spares UK Ltd will not be liable for the return of damaged or faulty goods from outside the UK. All goods must be checked for damage or defects. Please ensure the goods are ordered well in advance of your shipping schedules
Order Schedule - Your order will be processed immediately. We will normally send your order to you in 1 - 5 business days.
Certain items listed within our web site are not standard stock items and can take longer than the stated delivery time.
Customers will be contacted to confirm the date of delivery. Deliveries are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm (excluding weekends) - we are unable to give exact delivery times.
All goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage, in the event that the product is damaged please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged. If you are unable to inspect the products at the time of delivery, sign the delivery note as “unchecked”
You have 7 days to notify Climate Controls and Spares UK Ltd of any damage, shortages or incorrect items, if we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify Climate Controls and Spares UK Ltd in full against any losses as a result of your failure to notify us within the specified time period.
Important - Our Suppliers will only make one delivery, if you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery a charge will be made to deliver a second time.
There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety the driver is only contracted to deliver kerbside. Delivery inside a customer’s property is at the drivers’ discretion.
For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adequate assistance in helping the driver unload.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage
Once a product has been installed, you are agreeing to the product being in good condition and that the correct product was received.
We do not advise anyone to pre-book any Tradesperson or Installer until goods have been received and checked as Climate Controls and Spares UK Ltd will not be held liable for any charges incurred.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
